This set includes two feet: the 4mm hemmer foot and the 6mm hemmer foot. The hemmer foot is used to stitch the professional looking rolled hems usually found on shirt tails, table linens and along the edge of frills. The hemmer is designed with a scroll shaped feeder and a straight groove on the underside which determines the width of the finished hem. The channel guide holds the rolled fabric and allows for a straighter hem. The 4mm and 6mm hemmer feet are designed to be used with medium to heavier fabrics.
